BASE FRAME:

Load-bearing base structure made of Sendzimir-galvanised steel sections, joined by welding and fitted with special corner blocks. Floor made of water-resistant, self-extinguishing wood, 18/20 mm thick, laid directly onto the base structure and mechanically fixed to it using galvanised self-drilling screws. Finished with a standard plastic frame. LOAD CAPACITY: 150 kg/m².

STR modular units are supplied as standard with an underfloor metal sheet providing a load capacity of 200 kg/m².

SIDE WALLS:

Perimeter gutter made of galvanised steel, designed to accommodate galvanised sheets folded to form a ridge, type EGB/401. Concealed double-pitched roof, with a pre-painted slatted ceiling and 50 mm mineral insulation. The modular unit is designed to be lifted using perforated brackets welded to the gutter corners. Rainwater drainage is provided by welded inserts. Rectangular overflow openings (40 × 20 mm) are provided along the length of the gutter.

ROOF:

Perimeter gutter made of galvanised steel, designed to accommodate galvanised sheets folded to form a ridge, type EGB/401. Concealed double-pitched roof, with a pre-painted slatted ceiling and 50 mm mineral insulation. The modular unit is designed to be lifted using perforated brackets welded to the gutter corners, which consist of cold-formed galvanised blocks. Special welded inserts ensure rainwater drainage, directing water away from the walls.

Rectangular overflow openings (40 × 20 mm) are formed along the length of the gutter.

DOORS AND WINDOWS:

Made of pre-painted EN 6060 aluminium alloy (pure white RAL 9010):

• Hinged entrance door, 105 × 210 cm, with a 30 mm sandwich panel and upper 7 mm VIS glass;
• Outward-opening top-hung window, 105 × 110 cm, with closing handle and 7 mm VIS glass – SGR;
• Two-panel sliding window, 105 × 110 cm, with 7 mm VIS glass – STR STL.

Different types of doors and windows can be supplied on request.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Surface-mounted system consisting of a 16 A magnetothermal differential circuit breaker, a wall-mounted light point (60 W – SGR), a ceiling light (LED 1 × 36 W or 2 × 36 W – SGR-STR-STL), a 16 A single-phase socket and an external power supply box. The installed system complies with CEI standards and uses IMQ-certified materials. System certification in accordance with Ministerial Decree 37/08.

PLUMBING AND SANITARY SYSTEM

Surface-mounted system with polypropylene pipes, heat-welded and secured to the walls using dedicated fixing brackets.

• Sanitary fittings (toilets, washbasins, shower trays, bidets and urinals) made of vitreous china; PVC flush tanks; good-quality chrome-plated brass taps and fittings.
• Hot water is supplied by electric water heaters; gas boilers, solar thermal systems or other solutions are also available on request.
• Wastewater is channelled inside the structure through a single 100 mm pipe, flush with the frame.

AIR CONDITIONING

Single-split or dual-split air-conditioning system rated at 9,000, 12,000 or 18,000 BTU/h, by a national brand, complete with connections and mounting brackets to ensure safe and efficient operation. System certification in accordance with Ministerial Decree 37/08.
