MONOBOX

Technical Description
BASE FRAME
Load-bearing base structure made of galvanised steel profiles. The floor consists of 18/20 mm water-resistant wooden panels, laid directly onto the base structure and supported by galvanised corrugated steel sheets. Where required, an epoxy resin coating can be applied as an optional finish.
When used for the storage of hazardous liquids, a watertight subfloor is provided, made of 20–25/10 mm galvanised steel sheet. Its capacity is designed according to the type and quantity of liquids stored. It is fitted with a drain outlet and a Ø 100 mm closing cap.
The floor can be made using purpose-designed tubular grating with a minimum load capacity of 250 kg/m². For more demanding requirements, larger-section profiles can be supplied on request to provide the load capacity required for the intended weight, in compliance with current regulations.

- A) Metal forklift pockets, 200 × 100 mm
- B) Galvanised embossed steel flooring
- C) Chequered aluminium flooring, laid in adjoining sections and mechanically fixed
- D) Internal wall and ceiling lining with standard or REI 30/60 sandwich panels
- E) Electrical panel with light point, socket and residual-current circuit breaker
SIDE WALLS
Made of simple modular panels in galvanised or pre-painted steel sheet, supported by a tubular frame. For more demanding applications, optional cladding sheets with a thickness of 8/10 mm or 15/10 mm in galvanised or pre-painted steel (ZN-PRV) are available.
ROOF
Perimeter steel gutter designed to accommodate galvanised steel roof sheets. Where required, an optional ceiling made of galvanised or pre-painted metal slats with mineral insulation can be supplied, creating a ventilated roof.
DOORS AND WINDOWS
Double-leaf hinged door, 200 cm wide (160 cm for reduced-width Monobox units), with a central latch lock. Supplied as standard on the Monobox Special or available as an optional extra on the Monobox Standard, a three-point security locking system with rods, handles and locking points is also available, featuring a bolt-operated closure.
Personnel access doors and top-hung steel or aluminium windows can also be supplied on request.
