ISO.BLOK

The ISO.BLOK container is a non-insulated galvanised steel prefabricated unit, featuring an exceptionally robust structure. It is designed for the storage of materials, equipment, tools and any items requiring secure protection.

Thanks to its compact design, the unit is easy to use and transport. It can also be used as a storage unit compliant with current regulations for drums containing paints, solvents, oils and other hazardous liquids.

Available in various sizes, from 6' to 20', each model features specific external dimensions and a weight suited to its construction characteristics.

Technical Description

BASE FRAME

Load-bearing base structure made of cold-formed S235 galvanised steel profiles, welded to the lower corner blocks and fitted with forklift pockets (360 × 105 mm) suitable for lifting by forklift truck. The floor is made of shaped galvanised steel sheet supported by specially designed cross-members arranged in a grid pattern.

SIDE WALLS

Consisting of frames made from cold-formed steel profiles and cladding panels in Sendzimir galvanised steel sheet, 15/10–20/10 mm thick.

ROOF

Load-bearing roof structure, similar to the base frame, with 15/10 mm thick Sendzimir galvanised steel sheets welded to the perimeter profiles. The upper corner blocks are fitted with dedicated slots for lifting the container.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Steel door consisting of tubular frames and 20/10 mm thick Sendzimir galvanised steel sheets. The locking system features two vertical locking rods with handles, designed for padlocks.

FINISH

Non-visible parts are treated with cold-applied zinc coating. External walls are finished with epoxy paint or equivalent. Available colours: RAL 6028 (pine green) or RAL 9010 (pure white).

APPLICATIONS

ISO.BLOK containers can be fitted with electrical panels, various types of doors and windows, liquid containment sumps for storage purposes and further accessories on request.
