Prefabricated structures designed for residential use or for any application requiring specific quality standards and a high level of technical performance, capable of meeting a wide range of needs with the highest standards of comfort and functionality.

BASE FRAME:

Load-bearing base structure made of Sendzimir galvanised steel profiles, welded together and connected by means of special corner blocks. Floor made of 18/20 mm self-extinguishing, water-resistant wood panels, laid directly onto the base structure, supported by galvanised corrugated steel sheets and mechanically fixed to the frame using galvanised self-drilling screws. Finished with standard plastic floor covering. LOAD CAPACITY: 200 kg/m².

Robust construction, with provision for adjustable support feet inside the longitudinal beams and transverse pockets for handling by forklift.

SIDE WALLS:

Made of monolithic sandwich panels consisting of pre-painted steel sheets with a 50 mm expanded polyurethane core, polyurethane density 40 kg/m³. Thermal transmittance K = 0.44 W/m²K (K = 0.38 kcal/m² h°C). Internal/external sheet thickness 5/10–5/10, with micro-ribbed inner and outer sheets in white/grey.

ROOF:

Perimeter gutter made of galvanised steel, designed to support ZN-PRV sheets, folded to form a standard ridge profile, type EGB/401. Concealed double-pitched roof, with a suspended ceiling made of pre-painted slats and 50 mm high-density compacted mineral insulation.

The modular unit is lifted using perforated brackets welded to the gutter corners, which consist of cold-formed galvanised blocks fitted with welded inserts for rainwater drainage. Rainwater is channelled away from the walls.

For modular units longer than 600 cm, lifting is carried out using dedicated uprights secured with bolts and fitted with holes for the insertion of lifting hooks. Rectangular overflow openings (40 × 20 mm) are incorporated into the gutter profiles using a stamping process.

DOORS AND WINDOWS:

Made of pre-painted EN 6060 aluminium alloy (pure white RAL 9010):
- Hinged door, 105 × 210 cm, with 30 mm sandwich panel and upper 7 mm VIS glass panel;
- Outward-opening top-hung window, 105 × 110 cm, with locking handle and 7 mm VIS glass – SGR;
- Two-panel sliding window, 105 × 110 cm, with 7 mm VIS glass – STR/STL.

Other types of doors and windows can be supplied on request.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

- 16 A residual-current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection;
- Ceiling-mounted light fitting (1 × 39 W – Disano Rodi, square or rectangular);
- 16 A single-phase socket;
- External power supply box and earth connection.

Electrical system certified in accordance with Ministerial Decree 37/08. The installed system complies with CEI standards, and the materials used bear the IMQ quality mark.

For specific applications, dedicated electrical equipment, skirting trunking with cable channels and dedicated power outlets can be supplied on request.

PLUMBING AND SANITARY SYSTEM

- Polypropylene pipes, heat-welded to threaded inserts and secured to the walls using dedicated fixing brackets;
- Sanitary fixtures (WC pans, washbasins, shower trays, bidets and urinals) made of vitreous china;
- Wall-mounted PVC cisterns and good-quality chrome-plated brass taps and fittings;
- Domestic hot water supplied by electric water heaters, with gas boilers, solar thermal systems or other solutions available on request;
- Drainage pipes routed within the base structure, with a single 100 mm pipe running flush with the frame.

AIR CONDITIONING

Mono-split or dual-split systems, available in 9,000, 12,000 or 18,000 BTU/h. Supplied by a national manufacturer, complete with connections and mounting brackets to ensure safe and efficient operation. System certification in accordance with Ministerial Decree 37/08.
