BCO Insulated Modular Site Accommodation Units are ideal for applications in
civil engineering, industrial construction and the development of large modular structures.
The modular system significantly reduces foundation costs by limiting
the need for concrete pads and inverted beams.
These modular units feature 50 mm insulated panels,
ensuring a high level of thermal insulation, structural strength and durability.

Technical Description
BASE
The base must be made of reinforced concrete (not supplied), in accordance with SOCOME drawings.
Anchor plates must be installed in the base at a constant spacing of 200 cm.
Alternatively, SOCOME can supply a galvanised perimeter profile to define the flooring and the supporting surface for the walls (500 mm developed width).
STRUCTURE
Consisting of modular columns and trusses based on a 200 cm module.
Wall cladding with micro-ribbed PRV galvanised steel sandwich panels.
Panel thickness 50 mm — K=0.44 W/m²K.
Manufactured in compliance with ISO 9011:2015.
ROOF
Dual-pitch roof with integrated ridge, steel purlins and trusses with pressed connections. Roof made of sandwich panels, 40+38 mm — K=0.55 W/m²K.
CEILING
40 mm sandwich panels fitted between the trusses and secured with perimeter profiles.
PARTITIONS
Made of PRV profiles and sandwich panels using the same technology as the external walls.
EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL DOORS AND WINDOWS
Made with RAL 9010 aluminium profiles, available in hinged or sliding versions, with 7 mm VIS glass or 7–12–7 mm double glazing.
GUTTERS AND DOWNPIPES
Made of PRV sheet metal, complete with support brackets and free-draining discharge.
