PO Insulated Modular Prefabricated Buildings offer a highly versatile solution
for civil engineering and industrial construction, as well as for
the development of large-scale modular structures.
Modular construction technology significantly reduces foundation costs,
limiting the need for concrete pads and inverted beams,
while ensuring quick installation and maximum flexibility.
The PO range features insulated panels with a thickness of
80 mm, providing a high level of thermal insulation,
structural strength and indoor comfort.

Technical Description
BASE
The base must be constructed in reinforced concrete (not supplied), in accordance with SOCOME drawings and specifications.
Anchor plates must be positioned within the foundation at regular 200 cm intervals.
Alternatively, SOCOME can supply a galvanised steel perimeter profile, which defines the internal and external floor areas and the wall bearing surface (500 mm developed width).
STRUCTURE
The structure consists of modular columns and trusses based on a 200 cm module.
The wall cladding is made of micro-ribbed PRV galvanised steel sandwich panels.
The PO range uses 80 mm insulated panels — K=0.28 W/m²K.
All components are manufactured at the SOCOME facility in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and recognised good manufacturing practices.
ROOF
Dual-pitch roof with an integrated central ridge, supported by steel purlins positioned perpendicular to the lattice trusses.
The electrically welded trusses feature pressed connectors for attachment to the wall uprights.
Roof made of 50+38 mm sandwich panels — K=0.44 W/m²K.
CEILING
Ceiling made of 50 mm sandwich panels, K=0.44 W/m²K, fitted between the lattice trusses and supported by dedicated perimeter profiles mechanically fastened to the lower truss profiles.
PARTITIONS
Internal partitions made of PRV profiles and sandwich panels identical to those used for the external walls.
EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL DOORS AND WINDOWS
Doors and windows made of white RAL 9010 aluminium profiles, UNI 3569/66 AL. MG. SI-PRV, with one or more hinged or sliding leaves. They can be fitted with external aluminium shutters or PVC roller shutters operated by belt or winch, with 7 mm WIS glass or 7-12-7 mm double glazing. Door panels can feature a lower solid section or be full-height, made of 30 mm sandwich panels or 6 mm laminated panels.
GUTTERS AND DOWNPIPES
Gutters made of PRV steel sheet, complete with support brackets. Rainwater is drained through dedicated downpipes installed on the external walls.
